A Mayor's Clearance certifies that a person has no pending case with the Office of the Mayor and/or the police. Issued by the City Mayor's Office – Business Permits & Licensing Division.
Checklist of Requirements (all originals)
- Barangay Clearance (barangay of residence)
- Philippine National Police (PNP) Clearance
- Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Clearance (MTCC at the Bulwagan ng Katarungan)
- City Prosecutor's Clearance (City Prosecutor's Office at the Bulwagan ng Katarungan)
- Traffic Management Office (TMO) Clearance
- Health Environment (Ord. 123) Clearance (City Health Office)
